Pew Pads
Now that summer is almost over and more regular schedules prevail, the Pew Pads will be introduced again today.  Your cooperation in signing the pew pads will assist us in our ministry of pastoral care, in that by this means we can spot early those who are missing.  Thank you for caring. 
 
Attention Alliance Women
Mark your calendars to reserve the morning until 12:30 p.m. on Saturday, October 4th for the Tri-State Alliance Women District Rally (gathering of 12 sister churches in our area) which we will host here at Toccoa FAC in the Family Life Center.  Registration begins at 9:30 a.m. in the Family Life Center.  We will be sharing a brunch together, music and special speakers.  We will also be inviting our young daughters and grand-daughters as young as Kindergarten through 6th grade to join us for our brunch and then a program just for them a they get involved with missions and develop a passion for our world.  Childcare will be provided.

We will open our new season with a breakfast on Tuesday, September 9th,  meeting at the Cornerstone Restaurant in downtown Toccoa at 8:30 a.m.  Our guest speaker will be Tim Albright, telling us about the healing leaves of the moringa tree.  Please sign up in the lobby!  Food will be buffet style, cost $7. including tax (gratuity will be collected)).  Don’t miss out!!
 
Anti-Drug Coalition March
Mark your calendar now and plan on joining the community of Toccoa in an anti-drug coalition march scheduled for October 18th.   Information is found on the Information Table near the prayer room.  A meeting is scheduled for September 20th at 9:00 a.m. at the Methodist Church in Toccoa. 

Corner on the World

As fall approaches and our children are heading back to school, pray intentionally for the many missionary families who are sending their children back to boarding schools around the world.  Remember specifically the following families who are leaving college age children in the States:  J.P. Schultz, Miner/Shady, Staceys, Timberlakes.
